Our professional, licensed massage therapists draw upon years of massage experience to bring your body back into harmony. They are happy to personalize your treatment and will address any specific needs you may have. Massages are open to the public and provide you with that day’s complimentary use of all Hilton Athletic Club facilities.

Margo
Since Margo’s schooling was in Hawaii, the platform from which she works is called Lomi Lomi which is the ancient Hawaiian and Polynesian form of massage. The foundation of the practice is that everything seeks harmony and love. With this as her focus, Margo uses gentle, continuous, flowing strokes to work deep into the muscles enabling revitalization and relaxation.
Sher
Sofia
Returning to her home state of Oregon, Sofia continued her training at the Oregon School of Massage. Her experience includes private practice, corporate spa parties, event chair massage, pregnancy/infant massage, and working along side Chiropractors for treatment and prevention of injuries.
Sofia has taught the sciences of massage school and many modalities including Oriental theory, shiatsu, geriatric massage, aromatherapy, and reflexology. Sofia’s enthusiasm for the massage field and capacity for compassion, make a wonderful addition to the program.
Our Personal Trainers are certified professionals who will lead you to the results you want, motivating you toward keeping a healthy, fit lifestyle, whether on the road or here to stay.
Mary
Since 1997, first working with active older adults and starter fitness, she has helped men and women; the young through the aging; all reach their fitness goals. Some of these goals have included injury rehabilitation, pre/post-natal fitness, sports training, cardiac rehabilitation, Parkinson’s, ease in movement, and a deeper connection to their own body.
Mary has a passion for what she does. If you need encouragement, motivation or challenge in your workout, Mary is here to join and support you on your fitness journey.
Ryan
His love for soccer, basketball, track, biking, and sailing works well with his love for helping others improve and maintain their health and fitness levels.
Steady with a sincere interest in assisting his client reach their best potential, Ryan is a motivator who challenges, inspires, and produces results.
Our Club Representatives are dedicated to all of our guests. We’re here to provide you with encouragement and assistance. We will make certain you have towels, lockers, headphones, water, and new, clean equipment to work out on. We will schedule your massage, tanning, and personal training appointments for you and guide you to attaining your goals.
