For Guests of the Hotel
Our full-service facility is located in the Main Building on Plaza Level at the top of the Grand Staircase and is available for hotel guests free of charge. The Hilton Athletic Club offers the equipment and services your gym back home provides.
This facility contains cardio equipment, strength equipment, free weights, and a core balance room with exercise props. Steam, sauna, spacious locker rooms with showers, towel service, jetted spa tub, and swimming pool are also included.
Guests receiving a massage service are welcome to enjoy that day’s complimentary use of our facility, including the exercise equipment, steam, and sauna.

Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
A second Fitness Center is available and is complimentary to all current hotel guests. It is located on the 11th floor of the Executive Tower and contains cardio machines, a universal gym, stability ball, and indoor heated waveless pool. This fitness center has 24 hour access. The pool area is open 5:30 am – 10 pm daily.
